### 1/5 — Poor customer service and long waiting time for delivery

I ordered food and the delivery man didn’t arrive at the food store for two hours since he was doing something else. And he didn’t credit to call me or the food store so he was using beep calls which i think is poor. At the end  i for the food for more than 3 hours in which then i cancelled and demanded a refund. So i hope you learn from my mistakes

### 5/5 — Why is Telebirr the only payment option?

Honestly, the payment system is extremely frustrating. How can a delivery app have no alternative payment option for customers who don’t use Telebirr? In Ethiopia, where people use different banks and payment methods, making Telebirr the only option is a huge limitation. Please provide proper alternatives instead of forcing customers to have a specific payment platform just to place an order.

With klik 2.0, we’ve integrated M-PESA and ArifPay, which will be available starting August 25, 2026. We’re also working on adding more payment options to give our customers greater flexibility. Food vendor stick too long. Don’t listen to instructions. Drivers are top quality, but food vendors like cannoli and Pizza Hut are really bad. It would be a five star if it wasn’t for those two brands
