iPhone 12 mini here. This app used to work great for previewing rolls before scanning them, but since the latest update the camera is very jittery and the app sadly crashes every 10 seconds or so.

I purchased the scanner to develop a few old negatives I had. Then had to pay for the app, got it on a free trial and forgot to cancel the contract. Cost me 3 months at £30 per month before I realised! Would have been way cheaper and got a better result by sending the negatives for professional development.

I downloaded the app, but the picture quality is terrible in positive or negative. It looks exactly as it does in real life. The price is also crazy at £9.99 a week or £29.99 a month. I’m cancelling and sending it back.

When it is working, it works well. It has a lot of options for manipulating the image. It’s quick and fairly intuitive to use. However, it crashes with some frequency. And once it totally shut down my iPhone.

The new version of the app crashes every 3 scans which makes it quite useless. Besides it no longer has the smart feature which automatically detected the image to scan, which requires a manual reframing for each scan !! 
Please come up quickly with a new version, this one is unusable as it is.

Ich habe das iPhone 15 Plus. Mit der App kann ich die negative umwandeln und Erhalt auch ein Bild, aber es ist jedes Mal Mega unscharf, obwohl ich die Winkel in der App tausche und auch die mitgelieferten Halterungen ausgetauscht habe. Mit keiner der mitgelieferten Möglichkeit erhalte ich ein scharfes Bild. Und ich habe tatsächlich noch das Originalbild zum Vergleich da und das ist scharf….im übrigen, wenn ich auf Sharp gehe in der App um das. Ulf zu schärfen, beendet sich die App voll und ganz-ich fliege raus!

Wenn ich Dias oder negative scanne, dann habe ich vermutlich eine reine von gleichen Einstellungen. Die für das nächste Bild wieder anwendbar sind, die APP merkt sich aber nichts. Es muss annähernd alles neu eingestellt werden. Das ist schwach und ein erheblicher Aufwand.

I am struggling to understand where the decent reviews came from for this product.
I’ve installed the required app on my iPhone and followed instructions - the resulting images are just awful. I can hardly even recognise the people in them, certainly nothing like the advert claimed. 
Nothing more than a teeny plastic light box with a plastic support for your phone to sit on. Just dreadful.

This seems really simple, but when I go to fix sharpness and sometimes other opt ons it just closes and deletes what I was doing..closed everything reset and opened.  Still does this

Stellt man das IPhone auf „größeren Text“ kann man die Einstellungen im Menü der App nicht bedienen. 
Als die App vor ein paar Jahren veröffentlicht wurde, waren die Einstellungen noch möglich. Es ist nervig das IPhone bei Verwendung der App auf „Standard Text“ einzustellen. Es gibt Personen, die brauchen eine vergrößerte Darstellung. 
Bitte die App endlich anpassen.

I truly thought that this was a scam, but despite needing to get crafty (looking up white screen on youtube and taping my film to a piece of glass) this is really helpful! not like the best quality in the world but if you are in a pinch or have no other options get this now.

I am 75 years old and wanted leave my family copies of all my slides so future generations of my family would have them. I cant afford your scanner unit so i used an old tablet with the white background on and used your software to scan them. Thank you! My hand is a little shaky but i did the best i could to take the snapshots with my iphone. Im sure it would be much better with you little scanner. Most tuned out pretty clear and i know my family will be thrilled. I have hundreds to scan so i can only do a few at a time without the scanner.

It’s possible to scan a negative with an iPhone, but then you’re stuck with a positive that doesn’t save as a positive. The software does this conversion instantly and saves a lot of work. I don’t mean work like in replacing a roof for doing your own plumbing. But it saves a lot of steps. And it works very well.
