Audio effects work well, but it destroys unfortunately the video image at the same time.

It won’t let me save videos, you guys might want to update it. It keeps saying it can’t load asset or generate video. When it works it’s great but please fix this

Attach a video of the problem, and screenshots of the error message in the app when uploading a video.  By the way, you say "when it works, it's great", so the app has been working well for you lately, hasn't it? Or maybe the app won't let you download a particular video? Please attach it if possible.

After exploding the video, the application or the watermark to my video, I recently download the YouTube video files from website however, the file says is very compressed which is I am not able to save this to my photo library. However, I use this application to import my video file and re-export again to re-encode the file after exploring the other watermark to my video file which is preventing me to upload this to my YouTube channel.

We’re not entirely sure if we understood your message correctly, but it seems like you might be saying that you initially had issues with video compression and watermarks, but after running the video through our app, the problem was resolved. Is that correct?

If you could send us the video that you’re having trouble with or provide more details (such as screenshots of the error), that would help us look into it further. Please try opening the Store and clicking Restore, also check your subscriptions page: open the app - click Settings - Manage Subscriptions. Disappointing: I was very excited for what the app can do. It’s exactly what I was looking for. After tweaking audio and saving the new video clip with the enhanced audio, the video in the clip is affected: the video level is much lower

If this is not possible, please send us information about the quality of the original and the resulting video (the video resolution, size, FPS, any other characteristics).
In general, the exported video should use the same settings as the source video. Please specify whether this happens with any video or only with a particular one.

Тем временем вы можете попробовать отредактировать видео и удалить замедленную съемку с помощью стандартного приложения "Фото", выполнив следующие действия (возможно, такой способ сработает):
1. Запустите приложение "Фото" на iPhone или iPad.
2. Просмотрите библиотеку и найдите видео, которое хотите отредактировать. Нажмите на видео, чтобы открыть его.
3. Нажмите "Редактировать" в правом верхнем углу экрана. Откроются инструменты редактирования. Вкладка "Видео" должна быть выбрана по умолчанию в нижней части экрана.
4. В окошке редактирования вы увидите временную шкалу в нижней части, отмеченную рядом вертикальных линий, которые указывают на скорость различных сегментов. Участки с более разреженными вертикальными линиями отображают секции видео, которые проигрываются в замедленном темпе. Чтобы полностью убрать эффект замедленной съемки, отрегулируйте ручки по обе стороны от замедленной части временной шкалы так, чтобы все вертикальные линии равномерно распределились по шкале. Even after purchasing the full version after editing and saving videos after the first 10 seconds they slow down and are unusable

(We are terribly sorry for the issue that made you feel disappointed. Firstly, please update the app to the latest version 2.0.0. 
Slowing down video is not an intended behaviour. Thank you for the information about the issue; we have identified the problem and will fix it in the next update. Meanwhile, you can edit the video and remove the slow motion using the standard Photos app by following these steps:
1. Launch the Photos app on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Browse through your library to find the video you want to edit. Tap on the video to open it.
3. Tap “Edit” in the top right corner of the screen. This will bring up the editing tools. The “Video” tab should be selected by default in the bottom of the screen.
4. In the editing interface, you will see a timeline at the bottom marked with a series of vertical lines that indicate the speed of different segments. The parts with more spaced-out vertical lines represent the sections of the video that are in slow motion. To remove the slow motion effect entirely, adjust the handles on either side of the slow-motion part of the timeline so that all vertical lines are evenly distributed across the timeline. This adjustment ensures that the entire video plays at a uniform speed. To remove the slow motion entirely, move the handles so they align with the start or end of the video, effectively covering no part of the video.

The one free trial video you get only plays normal for like 10 seconds and then is slowed down to make it worthless.  I don’t even know if this app works well enough to pay for.  I’ll find another app.

Paying for a subscription just for it to keep asking me to subscribe. Cannot enjoy benefits because they just want more money.

Don’t disconnect Bluetooth or switch between other apps then you won’t hear any sound. Pick a phone that you won’t have to do anything else with but run this app and it will run fine

My other phone. And I thought I would have 30 days since I paid for it. They ended up locking me out and only giving me 1 day for the $4 I paid. And I don’t have anytime to dispute the charge since I am out of time

I install this application a few days ago and I am very impressed. Their features also. When I attempt to upgrade to our premium after confirming the payment I received this message unfortunately it’s not possible to make a purchase. Even I am in the premium version I does not access the feature with the promise. It means that this is currently scam. They charge your account there does not give you access the premium feature.

The app can’t save anything… it keeps says disk full but I have plenty of space in my phone.

The other 50% The Time is spent waiting for a video to load that never loads. Really hate it. If there were any other audio apps, I’d probably use them, but there aren’t so I’m stuck with this garbage. When it works, it’s great, but mostly it doesn’t.

I don’t normally write reviews but the ‘audio denoise’ on this is really freaking good.
I wish it wasn’t just videos that’s able to enhance. I have some audio recordings too that needs enhancing 😃
