Die App bietet unfassbar viele Optionen, die jedoch alle extra bezahlt werden dürfen. Simple Features wie nachträgliches hochskalieren von Videos geht hier jedoch nicht. Das "Ausprobieren" ist also recht kostspielig. Aktuelle Versionen wie 3.0 sind einfach teuer. We shouldn’t hv to pay if we don’t download it. ### 1/5 — I’m Fed up! *2026-08-20* ⭐️ 1 Star — Extremely frustrating experience I have spent hundreds of credits trying to get Kling to do one very specific thing: use my uploaded photo for the characters and follow the action in my uploaded reference video. What makes this even more frustrating is that Kling has successfully made three or four videos for me before, ranging from about 10 seconds to 30 seconds long. Those videos came out correctly. I know the feature works. I know what I’m doing. I’m using the same process I’ve successfully used before. So now I’m trying to make a simple 9-second video, and Kling repeatedly ignores the video reference and does whatever movement it decides to do. In some attempts, it essentially gives me the same image I uploaded instead of following the reference video at all. I’ve contacted support multiple times through email, the website, the web, and the app. I’ve already gone through the complaint and troubleshooting process repeatedly. Despite all of that, the problem has not been resolved, and I have not been reimbursed for the hundreds of credits used on these failed generations. I’m not complaining because I expect every generation to be perfect. I understand AI can make mistakes. But I’ve already successfully created three or four videos with Kling using this process. I know it can work, and I know I’m not doing something wrong. That’s why it’s especially frustrating to keep losing credits on a 9-second video that isn’t even following the reference I’m providing. I’ve given Kling multiple opportunities to address this through every support channel available to me. At this point, I’m done wasting credits. I know this feature works. I’ve seen it work. I just want Kling to follow the reference I’m providing instead of doing whatever it wants with my credits. ### 3/5 — Makes Silly Mistakes Which Ruin the Vdo *2026-08-19, version 3.7.30* I have lost at least 1,000 credits when the result is senseless, silly, cartoonish response . It's Not very intelligent at times. This is a problem for people who want to do serious work ### 1/5 — Literally the worst UI *2026-08-19, version 3.7.30* I have never encountered such a clunky pos app in my life. Literally couldn’t generate one image because the whole screen goes black when you click to type a prompt. Can’t back out of that without closing the app. And that’s on an iPad 12.9. Absolute garbage. ### 1/5 — Could not be angrier if I tried. *2026-08-19, version 3.7.30* There is supposed to be a way you can remove the audio that the app generated when you made the video, and then select lip sync and upload a one minute audio file to work with. It is insanely buried. I navigated there once by mistake. The proper one, not the bad version that only gives you five seconds of audio stripped from video in the Avatar mode. I minimized the app to chop up my audio into 1 minute files, and the stupid app refreshed. Now I cannot find my way back to save my life to the feature because it is so deeply inaccessible in the UI. More infuriating, their AI customer support tools are 100% unhelpful, and they tell you to do something, so when you click out of the tab the conversation isn't saved, so you don't even have the convo saved to tell it that its suggestion didn't work. Normally, you will be able to make videos, good and fast when they want you to get a subscription as soon as you get it, they tired applying strong filters to the point that is almost impossible to make a video, anything is violence anything is explicit anything is a reason to block your video to the point that you will find yourself making just a random video with fruits a cat dancing in a weird fight, because they changing constantly the filters or the restrictions they have. I still have 2000 credit then I can’t even use. And Grok looks like a better option at this point I will not recommend this app to anyone who tries to make content and not dumb videos. ### 1/5 — I don’t recommend it at all *2026-08-17* After using few AI video generation apps, I draw the conclusion that AI video generation companies are selling ‘hope’ as today trend. Companies take advantage that people are eager to spend their money to generate videos most known for commercial use. So, none of those apps are useless. Regarding Kling AI, it’s the worst one because from 660 credits a month I couldn’t generate any useful image-to-video clip.
