The Klipsch app needs some work though. I’ve had a lot of trouble trying to get it to work with the soundbar. It connects to the soundbar and has an Internet connection, but it gives me an error message about not being able to connect to the device. I was excited to by the Sevens II today. And now I’m horribly disappointed that I’m unable to connect to them with your app. It’s been about 2 hours of unsuccessful attempts. If it continues not to work I will return these speakers and say good bye to Klipsch. Despite having an optimal network environment (wired Ethernet connection, strong network, and up-to-date firmware), the Klipsch Connect app frequently fails to connect to my Flexus Core 300, often displaying connection errors and rendering the app nearly useless. The only reliable fix has been power cycling the soundbar, which should never be necessary for basic app functionality. I never experience these issues with my Sonos Arc Ultra or the Sonos app under the exact same network conditions. The Flexus hardware has impressed me with its sound quality, but the software experience falls well short of what I’d expect from a premium product. Klipsch needs to prioritize improvements to the app’s reliability and device connectivity. ### 2/5 — It’s a no for Mac Studio. I don’t know who they think they are, but I’m about to see if I can return the promedia lumina speakers altogether, and find some that don’t require my location, browsing activity, etc. These tech bros wanna know everything you do just to use a speaker app. Wild! ### 1/5 — The new app is no good! *2026-07-16, version 2.4.1* I have a core 300 this app will not work with the 300 sound bar. It sees the 200 that I also have and the 300 .It will connect with the 300 and then cycles and gives an error. Technical support has tried to help but so far nothing seems to help. Trash ### 1/5 — Connection Issues!! *2026-08-24, version 2.5.2* This app is terrible. As others say, it doesn’t connect to my premium Flexus 300 soundbar. The only way to fix it is to unplug the soundbar, wait a couple minutes and then plug it back in. Within a very short time, the app loses connection again. It appears the app just updated. It still doesn’t work. I HATE THIS APP!! ### 1/5 — Instructions SUCK *2026-08-24, version 2.5.2* Received this as a gift or it would go back. Have spent 2 days trying to figure it out. It is probably a high quality product and someone experienced with sophisticated equipment would probably be able to figure it out. So far all I have been able to do is get it to play a song from an app on my iPhone. Can’t figure out how to turn off the iPhone app and play from my iPad. Not sure what size the aux jack accepts. Haven’t gotten to any of the audio adjustments yet. Sorry for the review bur must be truthful. Probably better instructions and a help line would be a smart move. ### 1/5 — Constant Connection Issues *2026-08-23, version 2.5.2* The app will never stay connected to my new (and clearly powered on) soundbar from one use to the next. The only way to keep connection is to reboot the soundbar. Then I can run the Dirac Live calibration and save it….only to lose it once again when the app can’t find the device because it’s not on (it is) or the app politely states to try again later. Once rebooted all the calibrations are erased. It’s a vicious cycle. ### 1/5 — iPad display issues *2026-08-23, version 2.5.2* Please get new developers. On an iPad can’t see entire screen while trying to use Stereo Connect. It’s a crime for anything at this price change to have such terrible software. Don’t buy!
