Found a trusty old 8 GB USB 2.0 USB drive and followed the instructions. I got access to boost the vocal range settings from the phone app, which I wanted, and helps with dialogue. The only problem is the separate Connect app keeps reporting a connection error… when everything seems to work fine. I followed all instructions meticulously and tried several times. The directions on the website had broken image links. I’m an electrical engineer with a focus in audio and if this isn’t working for me I can’t imagine how frustrating it would be for somebody without that background. ### 1/5 — Needs another round of updates *2023-03-27* Need another round of update according to client service rep I just spoke to.
