I used this app before, but my contract ended. After two months I booked the same accommodation again, but now I can’t log in.

Nice app but there is no way to control the notification of events. Social events are crowding my son's phone . He would like to be able to choose not to have social events notifications. He only wants important notifications.

Management doesn’t give access to the app to security ( which is present  at the site outside of the management working hours), so residents can’t collect their parcels for days. Official university working hours are from 9AM till 6PM, the management working hours are 10AM till 5:30PM …. And only on weekdays. Won’t recommend Home for Students.

The page is not responding when I try to log in. When I try to change my password, it keeps saying server error

Requires a different app to report issues, which is even worse than this one. If I press the info, instagram or TikTok button it opens the Transport for Wales app for some reason?

It is a nice accommodation to Ieave in,good price and great customer service service. The staffs are been jovial and nice to speak with.💯👍🏽

I was assisted by David who is the marketing director.
I had issues with signing in to the app since my accommodation had not registered me. However, David managed to help me by creating the account. He completed this at a fast pace and answered all of my questions respectfully.

Easy to find things on the app like booking the rooms when we need them.
