Both times it has disappeared without any information on how to recover the collection. This is alot of time and effort to upload these houses. We fly Business class and look forward to this little reward and I’ve been able to check my collection to avoid duplicates. The app is there without content. So frustrating. I cannot find an email or phone number for assistance. I’m hesitant to reload my collection.
