Both times it has disappeared without any information on how to recover the collection. This is alot of time and effort to upload these houses. We fly Business class and look forward to this little reward and I’ve been able to check my collection to avoid duplicates. The app is there without content. So frustrating. I cannot find an email or phone number for assistance. I’m hesitant to reload my collection. Does anybody know how to retrieve your collection on this application.? ### 3/5 — iCloud is not working *2023-10-19* Although the app asks whether a connection to iCloud should be established to have the collection on all iOS devices it does not connect… ### 3/5 — House photo :( *2017-10-09* Why of WHY did you remove the actual current photo of each house at its location? I can see what I have and what's missing, but the absolute best thing is I can see where the houses are on a real map and there are the real life pictures of each one - amazing! Tab on 0x (left bottom) and now you can move the 'ball' to the right which gives u the opportunity to change the 0x in 1x or 2x depending on the amount of houses u have (with that specific number) Now u will find the selected house in the category collected houses. Pity the cabin crew on the aircraft are not familiar with the app. KLM needs to bring it's crew into the 21st century. Also needs to carry a wider selection of houses on board. Go into the detailed page of any house (from the numbered list) then tap the box at the bottom left which says 0x on it. Change the slider which appears to show how many of that house you have and it will then be shown in your collection.
