Did not help my relationship put quite a bit of strain actually unnecessarily. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR $ ### 1/5 — Absolute scam *2025-06-24* My husband and I paid $120 and were never able to connect through the app. Don’t do it ### 1/5 — Scam *2025-04-26* I signed up via a instagram ad. They charged me $60 and never sent a log in or anything. I found a customer service email and have been emailing them for weeks. Someone named Mark replied and offered to give me a login after I requested a refund. I kindly refused the log in and haven’t heard from them since. I continued emailing and no response. Total scam. ### 1/5 — No Support *2025-04-21* App is frozen for both of us and cannot get a reply from customer support. ### 1/5 — Financial Issues *2025-03-21* I paid $59.99 for a life time membership. When I downloaded the app it wants me to pay a weekly membership fee. If I paid for a lifetime membership why do you want me to pay weekly fee? Stay far away from this app!! Zero customer support. I tried to use the chat method in the app to communicate with the company and received the following message “We are not online. We will email you back” This message was up ALL DAY!!!! And guess what, NOBODY emailed me back! I want my money back!!! ### 1/5 — All the history gone with this update *2024-09-12* My fiance and I were LOVING this app, having weekly in person check ins about our answers etc. we both updated the app yesterday and now all the history is gone. The quizzes, love jars, reflections, convos. We lost everything we’ve been working on. So disappointing ### 1/5 — App is glitchy, no support *2024-08-13* Not only is the app glitchy (my husband and I did the check in twice and it still won't mark it off on the home screen) but customer support is not existent. Your Kuddl-Team ### 1/5 — Still charged card after canceling within 7 day free trial *2024-08-02* I downloaded the app but after reviewing it I decided to cancel my subscription the very next day. Kind of annoyed also annoyed with the fact that you can’t see your parents answer to quizzes. However, we can’t see each other’s answers for the daily kuddl.
