Wir nutzen die App für eine Kirche, in der wir verschiedene karitative und spirituelles Angebote machen. Dabei läuft die gesamte Terminplanung, Raumplanung, alle Absprachen mit Gästen und Teams über die App und das funktioniert einwandfrei. Wir sind total begeistert und sind gespannt auf die Pro-Version, die wir mit Sicherheit sofort kaufen werden.

Nach Einführung der Klubraum App als DSGVO konforme Alternative zu der vorher genutzten amerikanischen Messenger Lösung sind wir vollauf zufrieden. Die App unterstützt hervorragend die Kommunikation mit und zwischen unseren Vereinsmitgliedern und entwickelt sich immer weiter - insbesondere mit Funktionen die unsere Vereinsarbeit vereinfachen, wie zuletzt die Lösung den App-Kalender auch einfach in unsere Website einbinden zu können.

Die App hat einfach alles, was man als Verein passend verwenden kann, der Kalender ist schön übersichtlich und durch die Sortierung in Kategorien und Gruppen weiss jeder direkt Bescheid. Einen großen Wunsch haben wir jedoch: To-Do-Listen! Wir nutzen so etwas gerne unter uns, um gewisse Punkte zu klären, zuzuweisen und abzuhaken. Wenn ein solches Feature noch dazu käme, wäre es perfekt, deshalb erstmal nur 4 Sterne. Super wäre es auch, wenn man als Elternteil für die einzelnen Kinder jeweils zu- oder absagen könnte. 😊
