## What is Kluegr.?

Kluegr. — Your Visual Memory

4,000 photos on your phone. Maybe 12 are of people you love. The rest? Receipts, screenshots, parking signs, and that Wi-Fi password from the hotel in Aarhus. Your camera roll is for family and friends. Kluegr. is for everything else.

We all save things we want to remember. But they vanish into folders, never to be seen again. Kluegr. fixes that — for good.

HOW IT WORKS
Save a photo, screenshot, or document. Kluegr.'s AI instantly analyzes it — recognizing text, objects, brands, and context — and tags it automatically. When you need it, just search. That's it. No folders. No filing. No "where did I put that?" NO SCROLLING :)

CAPTURE ANYTHING
• Snap a photo or import from your camera roll
• Scan multi-page documents with your camera
• Import PDFs and files
• Share directly from any app

FIND IT INSTANTLY
Search by what's in the image — not what you named it. That restaurant menu? Search "menu". That product from Instagram? Search the brand. Kluegr. searches AI tags, OCR text, and your own tags all at once. If it's in there, you'll find it.

NEVER FORGET
Set reminders on any saved item. That deal that expires Friday? The recipe you'll "definitely try this weekend"? The birthday gift idea you had in the shower? Kluegr. remembers so you don't have to.

SCAN & ORGANIZE DOCUMENTS
Scan receipts, invoices, and multi-page documents with your camera. Kluegr. detects edges, corrects perspective, and extracts all the text — making every document fully searchable. Your paperwork finally has its life together, even if you don't - even merge existing...

BUILT DIFFERENT
No ads. No tracking. No data selling. No BS. Indie-built, privacy-first, and designed to last. We believe your stuff is your stuff — and the best app is one that works for you, not on you.

YOUR DATA, YOUR DEVICE
Everything lives on your device and iCloud. No account required. No third-party cloud uploads. Your visual memory stays yours.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.8.4 — 2026-08-23

The X button now closes things. This is our second attempt at that sentence, and we have grown as people.

Snap it, save it, find it. Kluegr.

### 1.8.3 — 2026-08-22

The X in the corner. You tapped it. Nothing happened. You tapped it again, slightly harder, as if force were the issue. Still nothing. It turns out we built it at a size best described as theoretical, then parked it in the one corner of your screen your thumb cannot actually reach. It is now a normal size in a normal place, and it closes things. Revolutionary stuff. Swipe down still works too, for those of you who gave up on the X months ago and quietly moved on.

Subscription housekeeping. Some of you cancelled Pro and kept every Pro feature anyway, indefinitely, for free. You were not told this. We were also not told this. It has been resolved, and we are choosing to call it "resolved" rather than use the several more accurate words available.

Small refinements we would rather not draw attention to, having drawn quite enough already.

Remember everything. Find anything. And now? Close the window correctly :)

### 1.8.2 — 2026-08-04

You shared five photos. We saved one.
We have investigated this internally. It turns out our code was counting in a manner best described as optimistic. It has now been taught to count like an adult. All five photos arrive. You should not have to be grateful for this, and we won't pretend otherwise.

Snooze now actually snoozes.
Previously you could tap "Snooze" on a reminder from your lock screen, and we would — with tremendous confidence — do absolutely nothing. The button worked fine. The saving part did not. This has been corrected. We would prefer not to discuss it further.

Other small improvements, which we will not list, as listing them would imply we consider them impressive.

Remember everything. Find anything. Expect nothing.

### 1.8.1 — 2026-07-28

Kluegr. 1.8.1 — Now with 100% fewer ghosts :)

Deleted stuff stays deleted. Search used to keep showing your deleted items like a clingy ex who "was just in the neighborhood." We sat it down. It's moved on. Your Receipts total no longer haunts you either.

Found the missing shares. A few photos you shared were quietly hiding in a digital sock drawer instead of showing up in your library. We found them. They're home now. They've been fed.

Behind-the-scenes tidying you'll never see but will absolutely feel — like when someone finally reorganizes the junk drawer.

Remember everything. Find anything. (Except the deleted things. Those we now correctly forget. That was kind of the whole point.)

### 1.8 — 2026-05-20

Tap a photo. Watch it open. Tap again. Watch it go back. We spent an embarrassing amount of time making that feel exactly right, and honestly, it was worth it.

The good stuff:

Photos now open with a proper hero animation — expands from the grid, collapses back. Like Apple Photos, but it's ours now.
Pinch the grid to get more or fewer columns. Yes, both directions work. We checked.
Deleted something by accident? It goes to Recently Deleted for 60 days before it's actually gone. You're welcome.
Items waiting to be analysed by AI now have a subtle pulsing border. So you know something is happening, even if it takes a moment.

The less glamorous stuff:

Fixed a bug where tapping "Add Tags" closed everything. That was annoying. Sorry.
The camera button no longer floats over your photos like it owns the place.
