The app works for a while then stops and gives an “error loading dispatch log.” After several attempts to delete the app and reinstall it, it still will not work. There are no tools to use to try and fix the issue and no way to contact the developer other then writing this review in hopes I can find out if the problem is. ### 3/5 — Issues *2025-05-08* For past 2 weeks I don’t get any of the dispatches but I can pick up the communication once I open the app. Please advise. ### 4/5 — Great app that could be better *2024-10-23* 4 stars because alerts disappear after a short period. I see the notifications then when I go to the app it’s blank. It’s very hit or miss. The app also doesn’t scale properly on my iPhone 13, with black bars at the top and bottom. It’s 10:48 PM, and I have not received an alert since 1:00 PM earlier today. Now I know there’s been stuff going on in my area according to the ambulances and firetrucks that have driven past numerous times here on the Main Street. This happens more times than it should. My only issues are “tone” being posted for a couple of the departments without any protocol listed in the log this there’s no specification of incident or where it’s located. Additionally I’ve yet to see the live watch work. It always throws error codes. Hope that can get fixed I see it’s an actual working thing in the preview above .. thanks take care ### 2/5 — Not getting calls! *2021-07-10* I have deleted and reinstalled this app 5 times in the past day bc I get a few calls come in then nothing. Now data says loading than says error and no data loads, just a black screen. Used to work well about 6 months ago. Now nothing. But now I no longer receive notifications. I deleted the app & reinstalled it, but that didn’t help. Super annoying. I found issues other then this app I think it might be a issue with the 16 but wanted to see if you anyone else was having issues or if there will be a new update to km911 app ### 5/5 — Make this for dauphin county!
