I tried a second time but stuck in the same place. The technical issues pages are all down so there is no way to report. **Developer response:** I am very sorry for the frustration. As the owner, I want to personally apologize for the 'blank screen' and the technical issues page being down. We hit a temporary server error at the same time as a subscription bug in version 1.2.7. The Good News: We have fixed both! A new update will be live in the App Store in 3 days to solve the blank screen issue permanently. Your feedback helps us grow! ### 3/5 — Careful. *2026-05-01* If your getting this app with the intention of paying for the subscription I think it’s great. I think it is important to note that with the free trial they say they will notify you before they charge you. They did. It notify me and I was simply just charged. So, if you’re just in it for the trial be careful. ### 4/5 — Unclosable screen *2026-03-22* After my first lesson, it said “Amazing work! Now you’re ready to:” and all of that, but I can’t close the screen, I tried refreshing the app, but i just had to redo my lesson, and the screen still came up and was still uncloseable. **Developer response:** Thank you for explaining the issue, and I’m really sorry about this — I understand how frustrating it is to repeat the lesson and still get stuck on the same screen. KMA was by far the most fun and engaging app. I especially liked how visual and interactive it was, with different ways to work with what you're learning. People don’t realise that the Arabic language changes from country to country and most apps teach Modern Standard Arabic, which is like academic Arabic. But if you want to be amongst the people and get food or directions it’s useless. Thankfully this app teaches Egyptian Arabic, which is the most recognised Arabic because of the Film and Television industry in Cairo, and you can go speak recognisable and understandable Arabic to the people.
