Charging a $2.95 fee to use ACH every month is just stupid and frankly just a scam.  Kirkpatrick BLOWS

Tried to register and it never sent a text to me to complete my registration. I tried several times and it WARNED ME that I wax only allowed a couple more attempts. A couple more attempts than I allow. Spent 15 minutes trying to register. If you can’t even work out the registration part, why would I trust you with handling my information?
Deleting the crApp.

I hate they have a convenience fee to make my HOA payment even though it’s an ACH payment. I will continue using my bill pay system with my bank until they remove this fee. I understand fees for using a credit card but there’s no reason to charge it for an ACH transfer.
