Latest update seems to have improved it quite a bit. I can actually take pics, capture video and record it on my phone, which is all more than I used to be able to do. I have eight cameras and half the time my cameras don’t even come up and when they do I can only view some of them at a time. Four cameras usually show up on first page but then only one or two show up on the second page. With the previous version I could always get four and four. I entered a name ‘home’ in the DVR name field, the DVR IP address in the Domain field, the mobile port number and user name/password (info available from the DVR settings page). I just tap on my camera box on the quad screen and I can choose my cameras (8) one at a time. If I want to see the other system I just tap on that camera in the quad screen and view their four cameras. I don't think the four boxes are intended to be for YOUR cams but rather four different remote locations.
