### 1/5 — Terrible App, how is this supposed to be the same as a physical book?

This is the worst take on board prep I’ve seen in a while. You can’t draw on the margins, and you can forget trying to work along with the videos because surprise, they tell you to write in the margins all the time! But hey, you can pay $20 to get a physical copy of the book shipped to you! Even after they raised the price of the material, but they just recycle the same videos every year; so where is the reason for this downgrade??

I can see this app having good potential but for now, it’s pretty clunky to use. I would like to have (preferably before March 2025) the ability to bold, underline, highlight, italicize my typed notes (and other functions that one might use on google docs or word). The whiteboards needs improvement, such as adding an eraser, significantly more pen/highlighter colors, and palm rejection. Interacting with the pages on an iPad Magic Keyboard is less than ideal, the software can’t seem to tell the difference between clicking to highlight a word vs clicking to go to the next page. I would have loved the ability write and paste web images directly onto the E-book, as there are certain annotations that I want to put directly next to a concept to better solidify that concept in my head.

Can’t write in the notes margin, no explanation for how to use the app and it is not intuitive. Need more than 3 colors for writing notes. For the amount we paid, this app should be better than Goodnotes or notability and it is dramatically worse.
