I thought using the app would be an easy way to stay caught up. And it does, when the app chooses to work. It’s 50/50 for me on if it works or not. Tried all your basic app fixes, nothing. My favorite is when it loads everything but errors the one thing in the app I actually need. ### 1/5 — Needs major improvement *2026-04-30* This app isn’t the best as it should be. People are using this to look at policies on and off the field. The app always signs you out, which is super annoying and a huge inconvenience. Should be a one time login and that’s it. Needs a major update. ### 1/5 — Crashed *2026-02-24, version 4.1.7* App just keeps crashing won’t let me log in. Has been happening for months. ### 1/5 — Hot garbage *2026-02-04, version 4.1.7* Non functional. App needs to be removed from the store. Either it doesn’t work (hasn’t worked properly in years) and they’ve just created a new app or the updates aren’t effective. Even in the developer’s response to what the App Store has labeled “the most helpful review” they ADMIT the app hot garbage. If you’re not going to fix it or if you’ve already replaced it with a new app, then remove this trash from the store. ### 1/5 — Login Session Expiration *2025-10-26, version 4.1.5* Log in sessions don’t even last one day. Login page is bugged and takes time to successfully load. It’s a waste of time having to go through this process every time to review policy. ### 1/5 — Not even accessible *2025-04-30, version 4.1.0* No idea why this is on the App Store. Can’t even login. ### 1/5 — Does not support links, cross-references or images *2025-04-02* After reporting to support that the app does not support links to other documents or render any embedded images. It does not even work with cross-references created in Lexipol KMS. They responded that it is a known limitation with no estimate on when it will be addressed. ### 1/5 — Won’t save password?!? *2025-02-06* Are you kidding me? This app will not stay logged in. You must REMEMBER your password as this app will not allow your phone to enter it. No matter what. With the hundreds of passwords we all have there is no reason this functionality should be excluded. ### 1/5 — Does not work *2025-01-07, version 4.1.0* App won’t work. I put my email address and it goes blank….. is there a different version of this ? ### 1/5 — :( *2025-01-07, version 4.1.0* I can’t seem to be able to get the app to accept my login unless it’s newly installed.
