Policy manuals are not uploading and the bookmarks don’t work either. I keep getting an error message regarding the bookmarks. I’ve deleted and reinstalled twice and still nothing works. ### 1/5 — Bookmarks Tab Won’t Load *2024-05-02* Every time I log in it won’t load my bookmarks. It says ‘an error occurred while loading the bookmarks’. Only way to fix this is to delete the app and reinstall but once I reinstall, all of my bookmarks are gone. Then I go through and re-bookmark everything just to have the same error a few days later. Why can’t I create bookmarks on the website then have the app and website store my bookmarks whenever I’m logged in? ### 1/5 — Won’t show a proper log in screen *2023-09-19, version 4.1.0* I deleted it and reloaded without success. The login area is off the page. If you are able to get things to load then it seems to be okay but the next day it’s all the work over again…. Not worth the hassle. Now it’s just a gray screen. Usually it’s either part of the manuals or at least the front page where you can’t select anything. With the gray screen I’m thinking Lexipol is going backwards here. Did I say I’ve already tried the famous “uninstall and re-install” trick. 4 times. ### 1/5 — Does not work *2022-02-03, version 3.0.8* App does not work ### 1/5 — Application not working *2022-01-20, version 3.0.8* Application not working. Getting error messages and policies won’t open. ### 1/5 — iPad version is useless *2022-01-04* Considering the price $ of this service to our agency, the apps should work and should work well. The iPad app does not rotate to fit, as it did versions past. The app is horrible, fix it! I thought using the app would be an easy way to stay caught up. And it does, when the app chooses to work. It’s 50/50 for me on if it works or not. Tried all your basic app fixes, nothing. My favorite is when it loads everything but errors the one thing in the app I actually need. ### 1/5 — Needs major improvement *2026-04-30* This app isn’t the best as it should be. People are using this to look at policies on and off the field. The app always signs you out, which is super annoying and a huge inconvenience. Should be a one time login and that’s it. Even in the developer’s response to what the App Store has labeled “the most helpful review” they ADMIT the app hot garbage. If you’re not going to fix it or if you’ve already replaced it with a new app, then remove this trash from the store. ### 1/5 — Login Session Expiration *2025-10-26, version 4.1.5* Log in sessions don’t even last one day. Login page is bugged and takes time to successfully load. You must REMEMBER your password as this app will not allow your phone to enter it. No matter what. My setting are on and it still won’t update. Deleted the app and reinstalled it and still get the same notification. Frustrating.
