パソコン版で有料版を購入しました。とてもかわいいキャラクターがたくさんあり、気に入っていたのに…途中で再生できなくなりました。クルクル回って、再生されません。。そして、5回くらい不具合の解消法をメールで問い合わせたのですが…全く返信がありません。結局、放置で使い物になりませんでした。

他の方も書かれているようにiOSを更新してから？か、ジェネレートしても30秒の動画が14秒くらいになって生成されます。対応よろしくお願いします。お問い合わせに連絡しましたがお返事が無いのでこちらに書かせていただきました。アプリ自体は非常に使いやすいです！！

だったのだが、サーバーが混雑中とのメッセージが出てしまい再度トライして下さいとなってしまう。そして出来ない。何度トライしても出来ない。平日の日中にやってもダメ。何度やってもサーバーが混雑中。

1番興味があった機能なのに、1度試して聞くことすら出来ないのでは意味がない。

サーバーが混雑して使えません。という時が頻繁にあります。個人的にアバターは正直いらない機能ですが、その他音声機能は星5したいくらい良いです。ただし使いたい時に使えないという部分を治していただけたら…早く対応してほしいです。
