This update is all about one thing: making sure every detail you enter is saved, visible, and editable. When you take the time to record your ambient temperature, your autolyse duration, or your lid-on and lid-off times, that data matters. It should not disappear. Now it does not. SESSION DATA FIX We found and fixed a serious issue where completing a guided baking session would silently discard several fields you entered during setup -- flour types, ingredient amounts, autolyse time, bake lid-on time, bake lid-off time, ambient temperature, dough temperature, starter notes, and additional ingredients were all lost when the session saved your final bake entry. This has been completely fixed. All 13 fields now carry through from session setup to your permanent bake record, exactly as you entered them. If you use guided sessions, please re-enter any missing data on past bakes using the new editing features below. We are sorry for the inconvenience and we take data integrity seriously. EDIT YOUR PROCESS DATA You can now edit ambient temperature, dough temperature, oven temperature (lid off), autolyse time, bake lid-on time, bake lid-off time, and starter notes from the Edit Bake screen. Previously these fields were locked after saving. Now you can correct them any time -- perfect for when you realize after the fact that you wrote down the wrong temperature, or forgot to log your autolyse.
