## What is Kneed AI Physiotherapy Tracker?

Kneed is the recovery tracker your AI assistant actually knows how to use. Log pain on an interactive body map, stay on top of exercises and meds, and sync Apple Health. Then connect via MCP and your AI handles the rest: logging, analysis, tweaking your program, setting reminders. Full read and write, full control.

Pinpoint what hurts
Tap anywhere on a 3D body map to log pain, sensations, and severity. No generic pain scales. You mark exactly where and when it hurts, so patterns actually surface.

Exercises that stick
Guided workouts with sets, reps, and pain-during tracking. See your streaks build. Your AI can adjust your routine or add new exercises based on how you're actually doing.

Meds and daily care, no friction
Quick taps to log medications and recovery rituals. Set schedules. Nothing to overthink.

Apple Health, actually useful
Sync sleep, steps, workouts, and walking metrics. See how rest and activity line up with your recovery. Runs and walks logged outside Kneed count too.

MCP connector. Your AI, your data.
This is where Kneed stands apart. Connect your AI assistant over MCP and it can log for you, read your history, spot trends, tweak your exercise plan, and set reminders. You decide what it touches. Kneed ships the data and the endpoints. Your AI runs the show.

Export like you mean it
Generate clean JSON exports. LLM-friendly, self-documenting, ready to share with your care team or feed straight into analysis.

Privacy first, always
No ads. No tracking. No data mining. Your recovery data is yours. Health data never leaves your account unless you choose to share it.

Try Kneed free with a 7-day trial, then unlock full access with a one-time purchase.
