Can’t even get through the free part without the elephant logo freezing on the screen. Sometimes at beginning other times when changing scenes. Will not purchase although I planned to buy all 3 cat knights games. Finally responded. Unlocked and played all 3.

Wow I played this game for the longest time. You feel vested you made the purchase I need to finish it. So may thing make no sense.  You can clean the glass until you cut it? What? Well after many frustrating freeze up, and just plan old dumb puzzles- I give!  Fist time not finishing the bonus as I can’t take one more second of this.

Update: I finally received a reply from Elephant Games, they told me to uninstall and reinstall the game, have done this twice but still the same. Replied and told them it didn’t work and still nothing from them. When I had a problem once before, they were very fast to reply and helpful, but their service is really bad now. Not sure I’d buy any more of their games because of this even though I have bought loads of them in the past.Very disappointed as it seems I have wasted my money. 

I purchased this game in November 2023. I reinstalled it back on my iPad today. When I tried to restore my purchase, there isn’t a button option to do this, just to buy it again. Please fix this Elephant Games as I want to play it again. Have sent message to Elephant Games and email, still no reply, bad service Elephant Games. Have played your games for years. Surely a response would be nice?

Sadly after I paid to unlock it ,before I could finish the game, my file was dumped and it was no longer unlocked. I tried contacting the company but to no avail I wasn’t contacted back by them. The part of the game I was able to play was really fun. If the company was able to unlock it for me, since they still have my payment which went through to them initially, I wouldn’t even mind starting from the beginning again. Sincerely sad regular customer of yours who really loves the quality of your games and wishes to have the problem with this fun game corrected so I can play it til the end & hasn’t had any problems with unlocking them by payment previously 🥺
No worries though I requested a refund through Apple and received it so all is good now. 🥹

This game has glitches and until they are sorted I am not prepared to spend money on it. Loading time is slow and unless I skip a puzzle I am not going to get past first base.

I am not into pirate-themed games, so I found the storyline banal and dull. The touchscreen sensitivity on the gameplay interface was awful. There was considerable lag time between locations. Most of the mini-games were rotational, which is my least favorite type. At least inventory was labeled, and there was an indicator so you would know when you found all of the collectibles. This adventure was actually fairly lengthy, inclusive of the bonus game. In general, I found it slow and plodding and I just did not enjoy it. This is rare because I generally love this developer, except when they don’t label inventory. 
By the way, I believe inventory will be labeled henceforth. I was responsible for a lack of revenue in the Halloween game, because it was not labeled, and the players were aggravated. However, for those of you who don’t know, Elephant repaired the inventory issue! So it’s fine now. It’s amazing how  one small thing can make the difference between a 5 star rating and a 1 star rating. My advice now to Elephant: keep labeling your inventory, enhance the touchscreen sensitivity, shorten load time and give us a better selection of puzzles, like labyrinths and mazes and painting and dominoes and mahjong. Don’t try to create a game cheaply, because it won’t sell. Keep your quality assurance high. Happy Thanksgiving to all!

I’m glad you can see what’s in your inventory now but the loading scenes are taking too long and you have to press loads of times to place an object or pick it up, I’ve been playing your games for 12 years and have never had these problems before, ☹️

This game was lots of fun and had several unique elements, including HOs and mini games.  It would have deserved a 5 rating except for the frustratingly slow load time between scenes.
