Prediction game doesn’t open. If you click a pop up, the app just keeps reseting and hangs. There are no use cases of points gathered till now. Notifications are always delayed. App takes so much time to open. Annoying app to be honest. The app doesn't seem to accept my GCC number and I couldn't even proceed to the next step. I was wondering if the app is only available for users in India? Honest opinion to help KKR and app team. Im US based user, on iPhone so very familiar with UI & app development. These following will help the user experience if possible, your sign up page is very extensive and can be shortened by sign in via gmail or sign up via sms if you like. Secondly the OTP code had to be requested two time, could be bug but check on US standards because delay interrupts end user experience. Also while scrolling on answering question, it can be getting stuck in load time after i confirm my response, can be a bug or something to look over. Please dont mind my review in any negative, app is great, i wrote this for Shahrukh/KKR success so the app does well across all countries and your customers enjoy the experience of KKR APP,Overall Great functionality of points and rewards. I hope to win tickets if so as US based I’ll fly to india after 20 years since I was 7 years old its been a long time but would be worth it for KKR.
