Put in a search now and the Catherine wheel keeps spinning. Deleted & reloaded to no avail! Very disappointing! ### 3/5 — I few tweaks would make this app competitive *2025-02-20, version 3.2.3* I wished this app was more like the other two popular property search apps, simple and flexible. It isn’t really user friendly and doesn’t seem to have a radius option which is a must for property searches. Please improve, this app would be really popular if designed better. ### 2/5 — Please fix the zoom *2023-05-08, version 3.1.19* You can’t zoom in on images and when you zoom in on floor plans it crashes. ### 3/5 — Font is too small *2022-05-03, version 3.1.13* Good app and far more stable and reliable that the Figaro properties which is the worst app in term of user experience and reliability. Knight Franck on the other hand seems solid, and well engineered. With one exception, the font is almost tiny. there is no option to adjust on settings which is not ideal. Maybe they will eventually listen to small users such as us and provide a solution. ### 2/5 — Seems to be glitching *2019-09-22, version 3.1.3* You’ll search for one area (e.g. Bromley, Kent) and it’ll bring up 8K+ results all over the UK. Applying filters is also impossible as it either doesn’t action them or the screen goes blank while you’re trying to set them. I’ve had the app for ages and it was working perfectly fine around May so not sure what has happened since? ### 2/5 — Great when it works *2016-05-16, version 2.0.3* The app has a problem with crashing been going on for month please fix! ### 4/5 — Great app when it works *2016-05-02, version 2.0.3* Good until it gets its knickers in a twist and keeps crashing on my iPad Pro before I can type in a location. ### 2/5 — Dated and annoying search *2016-04-10, version 2.0.3* Firstly the app likes to know your location even when running in the background! That's poor! How about only while you are using it. Secondly: the search on this is so poor it's frustrating. How about picking a point on a map and then giving properties around that. My location apparently has no houses for sale.. So why not show some that are the nearest!!!! Simple and helpful wouldn't you agree? Also the app is still designed based on old iPhones. How about detect the phone you are using and invite you to use a more appropriate and updated version ? For a top notch estate agent, you're behind the game unfortunately. ### 1/5 — Now poor *2016-01-26, version 2.0.3* Connection issues. Unfortunately, I'm currently unable to manually search specific areas for properties. Seems as though the app needs updating.
