First of which is that around lvl 30 or so the player hit a massive difficulty spike. This is do to the archers doing tones of damage and stunning you before you get the chance to heal even with all your gear legendary and mask out at your level it’s still nearly impossible to defeat the level. Second there are too much currency’s and too little reward. The quests give out too little money. Third is pay to win ### 4/5 — Game is fun, but… *2026-07-21, version 2.6.0* The game is great. The game starts innocently enough. You create your knight, learn the combat system, and begin your journey through a surprisingly well-made fantasy world. Then, somewhere along the way, Knighthood remembers its true purpose: showing you things that cost £19.99. Every time you log in, the game seems genuinely concerned that you haven’t bought anything recently. Limited-time bundles. Special offers. Exclusive deals. Emergency deals. Deals so special that a nearly identical deal will appear tomorrow. The pricing is particularly impressive. For the low, low cost of what some people spend on an actual full game, you can purchase enough resources to save yourself several minutes of waiting. What a bargain. Then there’s the game’s fascinating interpretation of the word “free.” Many rewards are labelled as free, which is technically true in the same way that a supermarket sample is free after you’ve walked across the entire store to get it. Click the reward and you’re often greeted with an advert. Apparently we’ve reached a point where “free” means “paid for with your time.” Want a chest? Watch an ad. Want some extra resources? Watch an ad. Want that free reward? Congratulations. You’ve earned the privilege of watching an ad for a mobile game that is probably even more aggressive than this one. To Knighthood’s credit, there is actually a good game buried underneath the sales pitches. The combat is enjoyable, the art direction is excellent, and character progression can be genuinely satisfying. That’s what makes the constant monetisation so frustrating. It’s like being interrupted by a salesman every five minutes while trying to read a good book. By the end, I wasn’t sure whether I was playing a fantasy RPG or attending a timeshare presentation hosted by goblins. Final Verdict: A genuinely fun mobile RPG trapped inside a never-ending shopping channel. If you can tolerate being asked for money approximately every time you blink, there’s a good game here. The problem is that Knighthood seems determined to make sure you never forget who’s really on the adventure: your wallet. ### 3/5 — Rigged *2026-06-07, version 2.6.0* Game is solid in structure. I feel Like it is rigged to Make you spend money to advance. Not being able to attack the back row is a scam.
