Quality isn’t consistent, and buffers. iPad is the better option, but like the iPhone buffers and quality of stream. LAST on the Mac book side is more of a pain when the app DOESN’t use the Full screen when you set it to full. And if you want to share it or stream it to another screen the app just crash. ### 3/5 — Easiest way to find VGK games *2026-01-02, version 3.2* This is the easiest way to find VGK streams without having to jump around through other streaming services. However, sometimes the streams are not reliable and a couple of games this season were actually unwatchable due to this fact. Also the interface feels like a throwback, maybe that was purposeful? I don’t have this problem with any other apps so I know it’s not my iPad, iPhone or Samsung Q series Television. If they would just make a Samsung or Apple TV app it would probably solve all of these problems. The biggest frustration is the loss of volume control when it drops. The game will be on the tv at a manageable volume one moment and then the local news casters are screaming at us at nearly 3x the volume. Frustrating at best. ### 1/5 — Cheats and thieves *2025-11-09, version 3.2* Beware the commercials telling you the preseason is free to watch without commitment to the entire season if you cancel before the regular season begins. The fine print is that this is only valid through the website, not the Apple Store app, or via Apple TV. I got stuck with a $70 season I can’t watch, I was only in town for the preseason. I only have curse words for you, KnightTime+, I really need that $70. ### 1/5 — Buyer Beware *2025-10-26, version 3.2* NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would choose any service over this. Nobody reaches out to help. Had problems with codes, no way to get refund. Get recording on contact numbers. Never again! ### 1/5 — Watch fine print!!! Good scam! *2025-10-18, version 3.2* Watched one preseason game to decide it we liked the app and it was horrible. It stated you could cancel before the trial period ended and not be charged. We were charged immediately and tried to cancel and the fine print said you can not watch it on your phone or TV and it was for computer only! So the charges were not reversed and since we "cancelled" we are not able to view so they literally took $69.99 and nothing in return! ### 1/5 — This app makes me hate VGK *2025-10-10* Obviously anybody that use this app knows what a steaming pile of absolute trash it is. Anybody that gives this five stars is an paid shill. The fact that Vegas stands behind this piece of garbage, it actually has made me hate the team. It’s just not acceptable to take this much money and put out an app so horrendously bad at doing the one thing it’s supposed to be doing. And then nobody takes responsibility for it, nobody fixes any problems, and as all the recent reviews have said, they’re actually making it worse with their bug fixes. ### 5/5 — Great app *2025-09-21, version 3.1* I’ve had the app since it debuted, and love it. I am 100% streamer, and the app works great. Now I need to reinstate my hbo, espn, YouTube premium just to keep up with networking and how limited the streaming options are ### 1/5 — Trash *2026-05-11, version 3.2* You pay 75$ to not be able to watch it on the go (in other other states, where you actually need it) and you get kicked out of play off games ending up having to pay for ESPN+, HULU bundle. I’m now up to 75$ for this app and espn, HULU additional 35$. Should have just watched it on cable. Don’t waste your money. Get the free NHL for game updates. ### 1/5 — Don’t buy this - Scam *2026-05-10* They advertised being able to watch the VGK playoffs with this app. I saw 2 games in round 1, when round 2 began I wasn’t able to open the app and stream. Customer service first had me reinstall, then advised my location settings need to be on, then finally said the app was ONLY for round 1, when my subscription goes through April 2027. Then advised that future games are on whatever networks were contracted. I was told different things each time. Customer Support is useless and the app only worked for first round of playoffs, which was never advertised. Don’t waste your time.
