Up to date travel info would be very useful - directions for non-Londoners is very sparse especially when the Piccadilly line is closed for PLANNED engineering works . The app would be better if it were just that - with useful info, including floor plans and list of exhibitors, programme of events etc. and not just several ads asking me if I want to buy a Janome machine et al and constant adverts ### 1/5 — Can’t log on! *2025-10-09* Despite reloading and trying numerous times as well as checking my spam folder etc I cannot get logged on to even try this app. No option for any help so cannot use it! So annoying as I’m going to it on Saturday!!! ### 3/5 — Ticket Downloads *2025-06-14* Perhaps it’s just me but every time I wanted to access my tickets I had to log in with my email address and postcode. The App suggested that they could be downloaded but it didn’t seem to work. ### 2/5 — Doesn’t save tickets *2025-06-11* Downloaded my tickets to the app but it doesn’t save them so as soon as I click away from the tickets page they’ve gone. It’s such a big event it’s super helpful to schedule everything so I don’t miss out. I’m going on Thursday and can’t wait.
