아이폰 아이패드 연동이 거의 안됩니다. 폰으로는 프로젝드 이름, 도안, 실 정보들 입력해 뒀는데 패드에서는 프로젝트 이름만 동기화 됐구요
아이패드에서 다시 pdf 도안 불러와 뜨개 시작(타이머 기능), 도안 위에 메모 사용했는데 폰에서는 연동이 하나도 안 됩니다.
두 기기 사이에서 연동된건 프로젝트 이름 뿐입니다. 수정해주세요

뜨개인에게 너무 좋은 앱이지만 아이패드-아이폰 간 동기화가 제대로 되지 않아요. 버그신고도 했고  이번에 업데이트되서 수정됐길 기대했는데 여전히 기기간 동기화는 안되더라고요. 이부분 너무 아쉽습니다.

뜨개 입문하고 너무 잘 쓰고있던 어플입니다
단수표시나 pdf 파일도 첨부하기 쉬워서 요긴하게 사용하고 있었는데요.. 뜨태기가 와서 어플을 한동안 들어가지 않고 있다가 거의 3주만에 들어가서 기존 프로젝트를 다시 재진행하려고 단수 카운터를 확인하다가 설정 버튼을 눌렀더니 갑자기 화면이 날아가고 기존 다른 프로젝트까지 한 번에 날라갔더라고요.. 왜 이런 오류가 갑자기 생겼는지 너무 당황스럽습니다
니트플로우 너무 잘 쓰고 있던 사용자로써 이런 버그는 매우 치명적이라고 생각해서 처음으로 리뷰 남겨봅니다

니트플로우로 단수 표시도 하고 전반적인 뜨개 내용도 적어놓고 정말 잘쓰고 있었는데 갑자기 데이터가 다 날아갔습니다.
아이클라우드 용량이 없어서 아이클라우드에 저장된 것도 없구..
핸드폰을 바꾸거나 어플을 삭제했다 다시 깐 것도 아닌데 갑자기 데이터가 전부 날아갔어요..

**Developer response:** 안녕하세요, 불편을 드려 정말 죄송합니다. 해당 현상은 iCloud 동기화 과정에서 데이터가 일시적으로 보이지 않는 문제로 확인되었으며, 데이터가 iCloud에 남아있을 가능성이 높습니다.

아래 방법으로 복구를 시도해 주세요:

설정 > Apple ID > iCloud > 저장 공간 관리에서 Knitflow 데이터가 있는지 확인해 주세요.
데이터가 있다면 iCloud에서 자동으로 다시 다운로드됩니다.
Wi-Fi 연결 상태에서 앱을 열어두고 몇 분간 기다려 주세요.
해당 저장 공간 관리 화면을 캡쳐해서 knitflow@souv.io로 보내주시면 직접 확인 후 복구를 도와드리겠습니다. 다시 한번 죄송합니다.
