Would be nicer if it were a bit more user friendly like being able to choose the size of sections instead of being l8mited to 5&10 Otherwise a good programme ### 4/5 — Runtergeladen und ausprobiert... *2020-10-20, version 1.4* Vielleicht habe ich das falsche Muster ausgewählt, aber Netzpatent lässt sich bei mir nicht darstellen. Es gibt zwar den Umschlag es gibt aber nicht Masche rechts mit Umschlag zusammenstricken oder Umschlag-Masche: Auf der Rückreihe muss die innenliegende rechts gestrickt werden und der Umschlag abgehoben links abgehoben werden. Das ist dann eigentlich wie eine Masche zu behandeln. Man kann leider auch keine eigenen Icons kreieren. Schön wäre auch wenn es ein Ausfüllen oder Kopieren der Reihen bzw. Spalten gäbe. Über eine Rückmeldung würde ich mich freuen. Da ich jetzt doch etwas auf dem Schlauch stehe und ich mir doch etwas mehr vorgestellt hatte. There are a couple of extra symbols I would like (and have requested they be added) but apart from that it is just about perfect. ### 5/5 — Sensationelle App zum Erstellen von Strickmustern *2015-09-26, version 1.2* Ich bin begeistert. Sehr einfach gehalten, so dass man es sehr schnell verstehen und umsetzen kann. Die Beschreibungen zur Strickschrift ist ebenfalls verständlich und jederzeit wieder nachlesbar. Wenn man sein fertiges Muster verschickt, so wird automatisch die Legende von ausschließlich der verwendeten Strickzeichen erstellt. Super! In der Erklärung heißt es sogar, dass man auf Bitte auch noch zusätzliche Zeichen erhalten könnte, so sie benötigt würden und noch nicht vorhanden sind. Klasse. Zwischenzeitlich habe ich auch schon zwei Updates erhalten, in denen neue Zeichen eingefügt wurden. Mega-Klasse! Ich bin begeistert und hab die App auch gleich Freundinnen von mir empfohlen. Litterally used 1min and decided to get a more buy another app more pricey but that suited me enough. Extremely unhappy ### 2/5 — Enttäuschung *2026-05-05, version 1.5* Ich habe die App für ein vorhandenes strickmuster gekauft, was ich benutzen konnte bei KC. Die App war wohl der Vorgänger und ich war sehr zufrieden damit. Da ich diese nicht mehr öffnen konnte habe ich diese gekauft und habe keine Möglichkeit irgendetwas zu laden. Für selbst entworfene Muster oder abzeichnen ist sie sicher sehr gut. Für mich zwecklos ### 2/5 — No circular charts! *2016-05-14, version 1.2* Wish description would have said no circ charts. Waste of $ ### 2/5 — Could be great... *2016-04-11, version 1.2* This app is excellent in terms of ease of use for both charting different types of stitches and also charting colours. HOWEVER, file / pattern management is pretty much non-existent which severely limits usage. I would like to see functions such as the ability to rename a file, copy a file, and delete a file. As an added bonus, folders would help too. ### 2/5 — Good effort, but needs some work *2014-09-29, version 1.1.03* My biggest complaint is that the app is a little sluggish and glitchy. It usually takes numerous tries to get the knitting symbols to scroll, and the interface isn't quite as intuitive as it would appear, making the process of creating a chart much more time-consuming than it should be. Also, the app doesn't appear to be optimized for retina display on the iPad, which isn't really a big deal, but it would look much better in HD. I've been attempting to create a cable chart with this app, and I've also discovered that the app is missing some cable symbols that would be nice to have like rpc/lpc (AKA twist) for working cable stitches with both knit and purl stitches. Overall, I think the app has huge potential, but it needs to run flawlessly before I'd call it great. ### 2/5 — Needs Work *2014-03-06, version 1.0* This app creates charts with varying lines of color (white and light grey)...like a table. If the designer looked at an actual knitting chart, he should note that knitting charts are made up of white grid-like squares. I tried to get around this by filling the squares with color, but when I do this and save the chart it just looks like blocks of color. There aren't individual blocks of each color...which is what helps a knitter know where they are at in a pattern. I feel like I wasted two bucks. ### 3/5 — Eine deutschsprachige App 👍 *2023-04-12, version 1.5* Ein gute App der leider die wichtigsten internationalen Strickschriftsymbole fehlen. Zum Beispiel rechts verschränkte Maschen in verschiedenen Zöpfen usw. Ich behelfe mich in dem ich einfach die vorhandenen Zeichen nutze , muss aber dann immer von einer Freundin den Chart umschreiben lassen da ich kein Exel habe . Dabei ist die App wirklich gut und hat dann 5 Sterne absolut verdient , wenn sie da auf einem besseren Stand wäre . Aber man soll die Hoffnung nie aufgeben und es ist ja schon mal wirklich prima was in der Muttersprache zu bekommen. I got the app to chart intarsia designs for my elderly mother (no computer there!) and if you design a block of a light color you can’t see the grid lines to know how many stitches are there. Being able to change the grid lines to a dark color would help. I haven’t found any way to be able to view my whole chart on the app - I can only see about a 30 x 30 section of the chart. I can scroll to other parts of the charts so I know they are there. I would like to be able to print my charts. I have tried saving my charts to my Dropbox but it never asks me what file I want them saved to - I just get a message saying they were saved - to where? I can’t find them. I’ve also tried emailing them to myself but only get a portion of the chart split between several pages. I have contacted the developers with suggestions and they are receptive but changes to the app have been minimal. ### 3/5 — Needs one major improvement! *2017-04-27, version 1.2* Nice app, and I like many things about it. One major failing (unless it's user error, and I just can't figure it out) is the ability to copy and paste repetitive lines. Also, it would be nice if you could rearrange the stitch icons. Nutze ich auch gerne, um die blöden geschriebenen Muster in grafische Form zu bringen. Zudemkostenfrei - besser gehts nicht! Für Doubleface Projekte ist das zu wenig . ### 5/5 — Really great knitting chart app with improved colour choice *2020-02-05, version 1.4* I have been using this knitting app for quite a while now, I wouldn’t be without it. I now put my knitting patterns into chart form as it is so much easier to follow. It contains all the symbols that are needed & now with the updated and improved colour chart, I can now have perfect colour match charts for my fairIsle projects too. The charts can be saved into your photo album which is great for me as I can just open it up and follow along when I’m on the train to and from work, it saves having to struggle with books or patterns. I can also say that the customer service if you have any questions or need help is outstanding and clearly explained - fabulous app with fabulous support!! ### 5/5 — Lieblings App *2020-01-10, version 1.3* Ohne Zweifel die beste App auf meinem iPad. Einfach und unverzichtbar für alle Stricker die selber Muster entwerfen. Viele Stricksymbole mit Erklärungen und Farben. Die Anwendung ist einfach und selbsterklärend. Der Support per Mail ist super.
