## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Never updates

*2025-12-22, version 3.8.1*

The app does not update the inbox or dashboard. It is frozen from when I first logged in. I deleted, logged out and ever redownloaded the app. But information never updates

### 1/5 — Needs a lot of work

*2022-02-26, version 2.4.4*

Nowhere near as good as the desktop version and when you bring that up in your phone, it is so buggy.
Needs work

### 2/5 — Need resident access

*2025-09-14, version 3.7.4*

The app doesn’t not give you the ability to text or call residents. The app also lacks a lot of things the browser has making this not effective to work with.

### 2/5 — Knock

*2025-04-09*

Horrible, does not keep my inbox up to date, doesn’t show read receipts, nothing like their website which in itself has many problems. The app is just worst

### 2/5 — Not practical

*2019-01-18, version 1.0.2*

I love using knock at my property. I can’t imagine living without it. The app is nothing like it. You can’t message prospects or residents, see engagement scores, schedule appointments, etc. You can see traffic & availability. That’s pretty much it.

I hope this changes soon!

### 3/5 — Pretty solid app, could use some improvements.

*2021-04-28, version 2.2*

My biggest pet peeve is that sometimes when you switch between conversations, the conversation doesn’t always load. You then have to close the app completely to get it to work right. Also, I wish you could also get notifications just how you get them when using the desktop version.

The thing I love the most, is that the app is confined by the 160 character limit when texting like it is on the desktop version.

### 4/5 — Nice app, could be great

*2024-04-05, version 3.5.7*

A couple of changes that could be made that I feel would make this app exceedingly more useful is the ability to copy information in the app. Example tap on the phone number or email. Have it say copy so I can move that in to a email or phone call.

A second useful thing and this could be user error would be the ability to see the address on the calendar, so you know what property the appointment is at this would be helpful in the event you were trying to re-organize your day as opposed to having go in and out of each appointment to see where the meeting is at.

If this app already does these two things… user error and I apologize, but if not would love to see them

### 5/5 — AMAZING!!

*2024-04-19, version 3.5.7*

I am so happy this app exists. I NEVER write reviews but I absolutely had to for this one! Such a great app, so user friendly and offers all of the most necessary features of Knock for desktop. My only wish is to see all areas of the app - but especially the home screen / dashboard - to become a little more updated, kind of similar to the desktop version of Knock. Just for aesthetic purposes. All in all, I love this app!!!

### 5/5 — Great app!

*2020-12-20, version 2.0.1*

Awesome.

### 5/5 — Awesome on the go

*2019-01-28, version 1.0.2*

Great for adding in new walkins, and entering activity while away from my desk. The property showcases are great too!
