Having my leads on a platform that I can designate different icons for various different reasons, plus having time and date stamped logs of all the activity a specific lead has had. This app has added easily 20-30% more business for me. So if, for example, a lead that has an old date on it or a previous year, we can use the markup tool kit to mark on the lead and white out any old dates. I was excited to use the route planning option as stated. After downloading it I could not find how to do that. I called support they could not help. That’s one of the biggest reasons I downloaded this app. So I guess the lesson is, beware, this app may not work as advertised. ### 1/5 — IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL- BEWARE! *2025-03-25, version 3.2* app works okay. But when you need to cancel the subscription, you will find no link to click, no response to emails, and a phone number that goes to voicemail. I enter a birthdate, it’s gone the next day. I enter a note, it’s gone the next day. There should eabetterwayto dea with duplicate leads. The dailer isn’t the best. That’s a real problem. When you make a note it should automatically put in the date and time. It doesn’t, so you wast a lot of time putting in information that should auto populate. Leads from integrity will not attach as they should. Sometimes the maps directions feature gives you audible voice queues to make a turn, sometimes it just gives a lower toned audible ding. It should give vocal verbal directions for a turn 100% of the time in my opinion. But it is ridiculously high for the fact you cannot always use it without it glitching out. You cannot edit the information that knock it pro uploads wrong without the app crashing for a few hours. You cannot use the app without it draining your battery down to nothing. It is ridiculously expensive for an app that seems to be still needing a lot of work. ### 4/5 — Super useful, and expensive *2026-06-06, version 3.9* I was recently impressed with the company when the head tech guru reached out to me after I lodged a complaint about a technical problem. The technical support on this app is awesome, quick responses (not left hanging like the aformentioned app), great tutorials and an idiot like me can use this app, easily.
