For years it has been best practice -- and a legal requirement in many places -- for marketing emails to come with an unsubscribe button. Knock Knock's do not, which is not just spammy it's suggetive of the kind of sharp practices best avoided in any business you trust with your money, let alone your clothes.

Unreliable service, did not deliver the laundry on time when asked. Did not follow ask to call before arriving and just reported. Worse is I paid for a 9.90 bag to have a bag with a lock (so they can drop it at their convenience) and they did not deliver this service.

This company sent me 4 shirts out of 10 with orange permanent stains. 2 of the shirts were brand new. They then said they were not responsible for anything because my helper removed the tags from the shirt. Even though I sent multiple pictures. Please stay away from this company if you care about your clothing.

Avoid sending your laundry here, terrible service on every order. Never deliver on delivery date, always a delay of at least one week, sometime several weeks. Custom service is nonexistent, when you inquire about delivery delays they just make excuse, never provide reasonable solution. Sad that their service is so terrible as it's a good idea.

First off, the drivers are late about 50% of the time, and they never call to tell you that they're running late. 
Worst of all, the company has  absolutely no shame in calling you to tell you that the driver is simply not going to come that day and will just reschedule the pick up for the following day. You'd think that they would do their utmost to get your laundry delivered at the time you had originally requested, but no; if they delay your pick up by a day, then your delivery will be delayed a day too! Not once did they apologise to me for the inconvenience! Horrendous and unreliable--I advise anyone considering this app to use another service!

Easy to use app, convenient laundry service with acceptable pricing.  Able to collect points which can convert into vouchers- good value.  Collection of laundry has been 80% on time, with 20% of the time just slightly late (10-15 mins).  which is not too bad.

Easy to use and efficient way to get my laundry done. Very fast turnaround time also. Recommended!
