I understand that it isn’t an easy job but first they charged me just for a quote. (Even though it says they won’t till you book) then I received an outrageous quote. Considering I already owned the material I might as well change all the floor boards for the price. Now I have to go through all this hassle to get my refund for the quote and they try and give you discounts to your service but still incredibly overpriced. They wanted over 700 dollars to change one board, yet it’s supposed to be 40 dollars an hour. Their communication is abysmal and they spew empty promises. Super unprofessional and a waste of time. Deleting immediately. ### 1/5 — Scam - by the provider *2022-07-06, version 4.2.0* Ordered a technician to fix a broken dryer (drum and belt). He asked me to send money for parts claiming he didn’t have money to buy them. I sent him the money and asked KnockNok to approve the transfer. The provider has disappeared from the app, has not performed the service and is nowhere to be found. I would recommend Knocknok to have a more reliable and robust way to select providers to ensure their customers don’t get scammed.
