Was the app GUI created by a 3rd grader coding class? Yuck! Don’t even want to bother with the shop if the app is a reflection of services rendered.

The app does not work… will not let you book and you cannot call anymore… website on the web is also broken….

As of the last month or so, all the locations have been removed from the app. It now says the closest one is over 1000 miles away in another state.

App stopped loading at all. Deleted it. Reloaded. It doesn’t even k ow what company it is. Some generic developer crap that lets you search for a company and then goes nowhere. Knockouts needs to find a new dev company. The current one is trash.

Yes - it’s convienient to schedule your appointment on line but the app is missing some very basic features:

1. The inability to change or cancel an existing appointment. You have to call to change or cancel and that negates the usefulness of the app and makes it likely that someone just won’t show up for an appointment they can’t make.

2. Service pricing.  What’s included in each package? How do I know which service I need to make an appointment for?

3. No calendar reminder.  Why not include the functionality to add your appointment to your calendar?
