Every day it has about two issues either it won’t let you login even after redownloading and closing the app and second issue is pins always don’t want to load even when you have good service for both of those I’ve had these issues plenty of times while at 4 bars 5G

As someone that’s been selling Dish for 15 years I’ve had more bugs and issues with this app than my last 10 years combined in the last month using KnockVia. Biggest issue is it doesn’t give you an error until after you’ve processed the order and submitted verification code. If something is selected wrong it should tell you on that page not the end of the order. Please do this issue and you’d make a lot of sales reps a lot happier.
