I’ve been using it for about a year and have tried other apps along the way and keep finding myself coming back to this one. It’s really worth the money. The best part is that the developers keep making it better because they understand what realtors are looking for. In fact, I stopped door knocking for two years just because it was so tedious. The amount of information you have at your fingertips when you go door to door is pretty amazing. The stats in the backend helps you understand where you need to concentrate your door knocking efforts. This app allows you to never have to carry all those records from the title company while simultaneously carrying notepads and a flyer! Jeez, what a process it was before this app. Now you can just carry your phone, meet the prospect, track the highlights of the conversation, put them on a drip, all while having your hours/doors/attempts tracked. Crazy. Real Estate is a numbers game and the moment you figure out how many doors you have to knock to lead to a lead/transaction is the moment that door knocking becomes easier. Lastly, service is phenomenal! I spoke to the CEO Piere multiple times and he fixed any issues/concerns I was having all the while giving me tips and a gameplan to make this app the most effective. This app is the best farming app I have ever used. Other apps from title companies don’t even compare to this one in user friendliness, relevant maps and info and the ability to make notes. It makes it easy to work whenever you want without tons of preparation on the neighborhood beforehand. All info right there at your fingertips. And it easily transfers all Property info and personal notes made into whichever CRM you are using. A top producer in my office who ONLY door-knocks introduced me to it; he used the app Spotico but said this is 100% better. You plan, organize, fine tune, monitor, and follow up with your door-knocking. And it's not just the app's door-knocking, you send letters, and edit or create templates....And so much more I have yet to discover; BUT at the same time it's simple, good looking, and user friendly. Figured I’d try it for the first 30 days, you have to do everything on a desktop, it either isn’t linked to my local mls or it’s not working because it shows no data. I wanted to move the farm after initial setup to confirm a neighborhoods info I know we’ll but wasn’t able to reset the area. Almost gave me a head ache the 30 minutes I attempted to work with it. Of course one would think they would let you sign up 1st but not sirree Bob. So I put in my email and Password and guess what they did nt match any on file 😳Maybe because it does not give you a chance to sign up? However it’s missing some features that would make it really good. Doesn’t appear that they’ve updated it in several years and have just left it alone. So do not count on any future updates and that’s why please be warned and do not spend the $99 to sign up. ### 3/5 — Won’t release pricing until after you sign up for trial! *2018-11-08, version 2.0.54* I have not used this app. After downloading I tried to find pricing and it can only be found after signing up for a free trial. Excellent investment *2019-04-01, version 2.0.54* Starting using Knockwise a few months back. Extremely easy to setup knocking maps (farms) and track responses. Follow ups are guided in the app based on the response at the door. Able to keep stats so I know how effective I am. In the past I have kept notes on the people whose doors I knocked but it was always cumbersome with paper sometimes getting out of order. This thing is great it updates the owners of the home tells you if they are renters how much they paid for it the square footage and other useful information my favorite feature is the notes because all you do is talk into your phone and next time you visit you have something to talk about. This app makes door knocking fun because you know which homes to skip. I just started farming 7 months ago and just got our first listing and this app palyed a part. It provides valuable information to be able to speak to homeowners intelligently and I have great notes from my last conversation with homeowners. Piere is also great!
