I advise the designers look at how the Costa app or something similar works. It was rather frustrating always being stuck behind people whom appear like they’ve never come across chocolate drinks before in their life and need everything explaining to them, taking forever to order, when I know exactly what I want already. Now I can skip the queue and order ahead. The app is very nicely laid out, has Apple Pay and allows adding to Apple Wallet the loyalty card scheme if I do end up ordering at the till. No bugs and clean UI. The loyalty card doesn’t work properly. It either fails to load or doesn’t open in full view. As a result I cannot be used at checkout , which makes this feature effectively useless. When I tried to open my loyalty card , it gets stuck on an infinite loading screen and never fully loads. Because of this I cannot access or use it at all. ### 1/5 — Confirmation email?? *2025-12-27, version 2.16.5* Downloaded the app a week ago. Have asked three times for confirmation email to be sent. No sign of it. ### 1/5 — Verification link never arrives *2025-12-04* Unable to create an account or login as they continually fail to send me the verification email, similar to another reviewer. My email is linked to the failed account so I can’t try a password change route either… ### 1/5 — Crashes *2025-12-01, version 2.16.5* When you click the loyalty app to being up the qr code the app crashes and you have to close the app completely. Been happening for awhile. I’ve deleted and reinstalled and tested on another device and always happens ### 1/5 — Unable to login because they won’t send me a verification code *2025-11-20, version 2.16.5* I’m unable to create an account or login, because they continually fail to send me a verification email. My mobile number is now linked the failed account, preventing me from trying to create another account with an alternative email address. ### 1/5 — Stopped working *2025-06-04* Stopped working and doesn’t load any more, just a spinning circle of doom. Tried deleting and redownloading but that just made the issue worse, now doesn’t function at all. ### 1/5 — Silly *2024-09-08, version 2.14.0* Complicated, long winded, next they’ll be asking for 3 months bank statements to order a coffee! ### 1/5 — The app doesn’t work *2024-06-07* I can’t believe this app has 4.8 stars, all my friends and I have been trying to order for the past hour, nothing loads, we’re getting a million errors that aren’t handled and even when our order went through they hadn’t got it at knoops so we had to re-order. Genuinely the worst app I’ve ever used in my life ### 1/5 — Useless *2023-11-26* They spend weeks redeveloping the app during which I can’t collect points.
