And after 2 hrs of waiting for my original order, I received a notification that my request to refund was initiated and they are closed the order. I tried explaining that the delivery person ran away when my wife was trying the clothes but these guys are not ready to take any responsibility for the delivery partner’s behaviour. They are highly unprofessional and behave as if their stupid try and buy is the new normal in e-commerce. Instead of helping the customer these guys are getting defensive. They haave complete lack of empathy and I would not refer them even to my enemies.
