## What is KnotProof?

The photographer stops answering after the deposit clears. The caterer swaps the menu the week of the wedding. The venue adds a fee that was never in the contract. You paid thousands up front, and now they are telling a different story than the contract.

When that happens, the burden of proof is on you. Your credit card company gives you a chargeback window measured in weeks. Small-claims court wants your evidence grouped and dated. The standard advice is to save every message, contract, and receipt - but a camera roll and a text thread is not evidence a card issuer or clerk can follow.

We built KnotProof for the client, not the vendor. It turns the mess of a dispute into a structured record: what each vendor promised, what they actually delivered, and a dated timeline of everything that happened in between - ready to export as one clean evidence pack.

WHAT KNOTPROOF DOES
- Vendor contract tracker: record each vendor's promises - deliverables, dates, amounts, refund terms - straight from the contract.
- Promise-vs-delivery gap log: mark each item against what really happened - a no-show, a shrunk delivery, an unauthorized substitution.
- Dispute timeline: deposits, messages, breaches, and refund requests organized by date, so the sequence tells the story.
- Evidence pack PDF: one document with the contract summary, the itemized gap list, the timeline, and a photo appendix.
- Deadline reference: the 60-120 day chargeback window and your state's small-claims dollar limit, so nothing quietly expires.

- Not a wedding-planning app. It is the dispute side, for after something goes wrong.
- Not affiliated with any vendor, venue, card issuer, court, or agency, and it submits nothing to any of them on your behalf.
- Not legal advice. Deadline references are drawn from publicly available information; confirm the current windows with your card issuer and your state's small-claims court.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Your records live on your iPhone. There is no account to create and nothing is uploaded to a server. You decide where an evidence pack goes when you build one - the Share Sheet hands it to Mail, Files, or your attorney, your choice.

SUBSCRIPTION TERMS
The monthly subscription auto-renews until canceled. Payment is charged to your Apple ID, and renewal is charged within 24 hours before the period ends unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours prior. A free trial's unused portion is forfeited when you buy the subscription. Manage or cancel in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Full Access is a single one-time purchase with no recurring billing.

DATA NOTICE
KnotProof stores everything on your iPhone. Aside from the evidence pack PDF you generate and share, the app has no built-in export or import. Your records are included in your iPhone's backup (iCloud Backup or Finder) when that is on. Designed exclusively for iPhone.
