Not worth using if I have to email myself a link to get logged in when I can just log in on the website 🤦‍♂️ ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work well on the latest iPad *2025-10-08* While I really like their service, this app is terrible. Over 90% of the time, when I try to take training, the video won’t play, or it opens in a new safari window and completing the test doesn’t complete the course. I’ve reported things multiple times both to the developer, to my IT team, and to my HR team. No solution is in sight and I keep being told I have to take the course on my laptop. Simplistic. Those are the good points. Unfortunately I have an issue and headache. While trying to go through videos on required modules, it is a grab bag whether or not the video plays or not. Have to exit out of the module and go back in to attempt to view the video again. May have to do this several times out get through something. That is the only good thing I can say. What’s bad? Being timed out 24 minutes into a 25 minute video then having to rewatch the entire 25 minute video again. The same goes for any quizzes that are interrupted. You have to start all over again instead of resuming where you left off. The screen is incredibly small with no way to zoom in or enlarge the screen to press a true or false button with a normal-sized finger resulting in tapping screen 20-30 times before it acknowledges your response. Whoever was paid to make this abomination of an app should return the money they were paid and change careers because it’s painfully obvious you have zero idea on how to make a legitimately functioning app. **Developer response:** Thank you for taking the time out of your day to leave feedback and for being a KnowBe4 customer.
