## What is KnowCal?

KnowCal – Smart Business Card Scanner & Manager

KnowCal turns every business card into a ready‑to‑use contact in seconds. Simply point your iPhone camera (or import a photo from your album) and the app instantly detects the card’s orientation, extracts the text with high‑precision OCR, and parses the information into clean, editable fields.

Intelligent scanning & recognition – Automatic direction detection, perspective correction, and multi‑language OCR handle both Chinese and English cards, even when the image is skewed or poorly lit.
Precise address extraction – Complex, multi‑line addresses are intelligently identified and displayed in full, preserving street, district, postal code and other details without truncation.
True bilingual support – The interface and recognition results fluidly switch between Chinese and English, ensuring a seamless experience no matter the card’s language.
One‑tap contact storage – Save the parsed data as a standard VCard with a single tap, directly add it to your Contacts, or update an existing entry.
QR‑card import – Scan a vCard QR code to instantly create a contact without any manual input.
Privacy‑first – All processing happens on‑device; none of your card images or data ever leave your phone.
Whether you’re networking at a conference, following up after a meeting, or simply digitizing a stack of cards, KnowCal makes the process fast, accurate, and completely secure. Download it now from the App Store and never lose a valuable contact again.
