Very hard to use. Many events don’t show up and you can’t search. Logout once and you can never log back in. It claims that your active account has been deactivated.

It’s a great concept overall. The customer service is amazing and they’re with you every step of the way. I’m able to create events as a recruiter and the candidates had no issues setting up their accounts.

The concept is really clear - you can create virtual career fairs that provides accessibility to candidates looking to apply for a job. The video profile is a really cool feature that allows users to be personal and authentic with their profile. Users can upload resumes which is really cool too! I’d imagine on the employer side they could easily access my resume whenever they need to see it.

The app is easy enough for most but they are clearly working through some small issues. However, the customer service team is excellent and helped me through all my issues. I didn’t even need to contact the event organizers because they handled everything for me.
