The InfoRapid KnowledgeBase Builder is an excellent tool for Knowledge Management. You can save text documents and web pages with all formattings and links in your knowledge base and perform a full text search in it. Since every document is attached as a text note to a mindmap item, you can organize them perfectly in a large mindmap. This mindmap is browsable, so you will never lose perspective even with thousands of documents. All items are stored in a reliable local SQLite database. The app includes many other outstanding features such as the automatic creation of mindmaps from text documents, the import of Wikipedia articles into your mindmap and much more. You can even export your knowledge base as a formatted html document. And that's not all. The InfoRapid KnowledgeBase Builder is also a famous flowcharting tool. You can either create your flowcharts manually or generate them automatically from pseudo code. It’s amazing how I can enter a character, write a description of them and it connects it to other characters. If your description has another character in it that is recorded it will link it to that other character you entered. This is the only mapping app that lets you write descriptions and notes for each one of them. Ein guter Benchmark ;) ### 5/5 — Great app for graph visualization ! *2024-04-11* This app has many ways to help visualize complex graphs, including assigning categories to items and relations and filtering the graph by category or assigning color by category. You can also limit how many items are visible at a time either globally or by level from any item you designate as root. Lots of layout options. Graph visualization alone makes makes the app 5 stars for me. Importing graphs via “outline text” is also very useful, but you must carefully study the example to understand how it works. Getting used to the system, it's become my favorite mind-mapping app! I was drawn in by the 3D and the ability to import from various platforms. It’s cool 😎 But and the But is really big! THE USER INTERFACE IS VERY CLUNKY AND BELONGS ON ANOTHER OS. It’s not very iOS and honestly it feels like a bad port. Moving from iThoughts, for a change of scenery I moved back again. I hope the purchase I made which I won’t get back from the developer is put to good use of his time. And perhaps can be made more with the user in mind on a phone screen not a tablet or computer.
