They then message the candidates promoting the app about “finding your dream job” without acknowledging that this is not about the job you actually applied for. When asking for clarification about the job itself, the company states that the resume didn’t have what the keywords they look for; hence, it didn’t flag my resume. The company never put a job description for you to alter the resume to fit! This is misleading and clearly just an advertising ploy. The way they communicate is vague and uninformed.
