What is KnowRoute?
 
KnowRoute is a new type of public transportation utilizing AI and making efficient route matching with passenger demand . You can book KnowRoute by just setting your origin and destination when you are in KnowRoute service area. In response to the booking request, KnowRoute comes to pick you up at a nearby bus stop, and take you to a bus stop close to your destination. Please feel free to use this new type of public transportation and make your daily life better!

NOTE: Currently, KnowRoute is available in Island City area, Higashi ward, Fukuoka City and Iki-minami area, Nishi ward, Fukuoka City. In addition, from Nov. 1st to 30th 2020, KnowRoute is also available in Takaide, Kikyogahara, and Daimon areas, Shiojiri City, Nagano prefecture.

いつも便利で値段もお手軽なのでご利用させて頂いていて、基本は人の良い運転手さんばかりで気持ちのいい利用が出来ているのですが、たまに態度が最悪な運転手が居ます。バスの乗車時間がズレてしまうのは理解しているのでそこに対して謝られないのは100歩譲って分かるのですが、乗車の際名前を伝えたところ事前に決済しているにも関わらずそれを確認しないまま｢名前が先なんですね｣と鼻で笑ってきたり、それに気づいた頃にはごめんなさいの一言もなしに｢あー、お支払い済みなんですね｣のみ。本当に朝から不快でした。

出発や到着バス停を地図上で選ぶ際、地図上にバス停名の表示がされないので指定したバス停があっているのかどうかわからない。
最後の確認画面にはバス停名が表示されるが、そこに地図がでていないのであっているかの確認ができない。
予約できても不安が多く、早急な改善を期待したいです。

現金支払いのみでお釣りも出ない仕組みです。初めての利用だったためお釣りが出ないことを知らず、知らなかったことを怒鳴られ、多めの料金を支払うことになりました。あんな思いをするくらいならタクシーを使えばよかった。乗車前にホームページを隅から隅まで乗り方を勉強しなければいけなかったようです。
そもそも、今時現金のみでお釣りが出ないシステムってどうなんでしょう。

長文失礼します。

目に留まりやすいように
あえて星5でレビューを
書きました。

接客の質が低いです。

アプリ内に乗る時の説明が
詳しく書かれていないのに
乗り方を知らないことに
対して高圧的な態度を
とられました。

更に「俺はまだ優しい方
だからよかったけど」
などと戯言を言われ、
上から目線でのるーとの
乗り方を説明されました。

もし初めて乗る人は、
のるーとを使っている友達
などに乗り方を聞いてから
の方が良いと思います。
もう二度と使いません。

最後に、ほぼ全てのバスの
運転手は乗客への態度を
改めるべきです。
そんな態度だと、いずれ
乗客全員にもそういう
態度をとられますよ？

市のコミュニティーバスがのるーとに来月9月に切り替わるので、アプリをダウンロード。ユーザ情報の更新画面でアプリがフリーズ状態で登録が出来ない。
iPhoneSE(第二世代)使用。
評価出来ない。

2025年8月13日のアップデートでアプリが動くようになりましたが、ユーザ情報の更新画面で、生年月日の日が前日になってしまう。日の1日後に設定しないと正しい日にならない。
例24日が生年月日の日で24にすると23日になってしまう、そして25日にすると正しい24日になります。

乗り合いなので基本遅れてくることが多いです。予約確認の欄に出発点を仮A南側で到着点が仮B南側となっていたのに遅れてきたうえに仮A北側にのるーとが止まり南側にいたので急いで北側に行こうとしましたが国道の交差点なのでなかなか変わらず置いてかれました。星一もつけたくありません。

たまに出かける場所が距離ないがあるので使ってみたが、乗車と降車は尋ねるのに逆になったり、時間については尋ねてこない。
確認項目は表示が小さいなど、とにかく使い勝手が悪い。
運行側の都合が優先で利用者の利便性は後回しになっている。
地元の人間がふだんつかっていればなれるんだろうが、そうではない人間には受け入れにくいアプリ。これならタクシーで良い。

まだ２回ほどですが…
15:40に電車が到着に合わせて15:50に駅前に来てもらおうとしたのですが、どうしても15:32に出発になってしまう。動いている電車から予約しようとしたのがダメなのかと思い電車を降りてからすぐの配車で登録すると16:18着予定となりそのまま予約しました。
16:11頃には来ました。余裕を保っての時間表示になる様です。

他の人が○時まで使用中とか出たらその時間を外して予定を建てられるので、その辺なんとかなりませんかね？
あと設定した時間より前に来るのもちょっと…アプリのせいなのか、バスの都合なのかよく分からないです。

予約完了まではスムーズ。 しかし、人数は正しかったかと後から確認したくとも、確認ができない。結局電話で確認しました。 また、車両ナンバーなど、予約した直後に通知が来ますが、見逃したら最後。２度とアプリからは確認できません。必要な最低限の機能はつけてください。
