The Safari Park is a fantastic day out. We never get bored of going there as each time we visit, which is often, we plan something different to do. It’s a magical and educational day and brings great joy to our family. We have also been to see Father Christmas and the fantastic Christmas event and have bought an intrepid explorers gift for one of our grandchildren. Some were in the wrong place. 😄 ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — App login does not work but web works *2026-07-12, version 1.70.0* I have rest my password three times now because I thought I was doing something wrong but the app is broken. If I login from a web browser, I can easily log in but if I try to login using the same credentials on the app, it says wrong credentials. I’ve changed the password three times now just to confirm that and it still won’t let me login through the app. For such a highly rated app, this is just sad. I’ve never had a similar issue with any other app. ### 1/5 — Worse safari park ever been *2024-08-06, version 1.42.0* This safari park was a major disappointment. The enclosures were poorly maintained, and many animals looked distressed in their cramped spaces. Staff were unhelpful and uninterested. Literally, there was nothing to do. The foot safari was just like you can walk around town with humans only. Overall, it was a frustrating and unsatisfactory experience. Just waste of money never recommend a visit. Got nothing for the money I spent. ### 1/5 — Impossible to sign-in to the app. *2024-05-29, version 1.40.1* Used the app a year ago and it enhanced the visit providing commentary as we went round the park. This was vital as a number of our party are visually impaired. I’ve tried to download the updated app and it impossible to create an account or sign in to (why do you need to skim this data?). The link to carry on without signing in does not work. This is going to be detrimental for our visit tomorrow as you no longer provide this support for disabled visitors. ### 1/5 — Awful app! *2024-03-16, version 1.36.0* All I wanted to do was look at the map for a visit to Knowsley Safari so why do I need to sign up? When I click ‘continue as guest’ it doesn’t take me anywhere! ### 1/5 — No sound on guide *2021-05-10, version 1.3.0* There is no sound on the drive safari section. You tap on the animal and press play for information and there’s nothing. Same for my partner. Shame, as the animals looked really interesting ### 1/5 — Covid info blue screen no info ! *2021-04-22, version 1.3.0* Covid info takes you to a blue screen, nothing shows so that’s no help. No maps so can’t find toilets, food, roundabouts, in fact anything in app. Looking for picknick areas in app none existent or on there website shows no information at all due to go tomorrow. So I’ll bring a compass. Nooo, entered the park at 10.00 am and left at 17.30. With a 2 year old and five year old in tow, thought it would be a short day and hard work keeping them entertained - no way, the park had everything to entertain all of us.
