when viewing the account and routing numbers, the names are all shuffled around and because of this i put money in the wrong account and got a fee from my credit card company for insufficient funds. also got an email telling me i have a notice in my mobile app but when i log in there are zero notifications or alerts.

I love TVA and the new app is much better than the older one. The only thing I wish would work better is check images. I can never get my cleared check images to show. It always says “item not found according to query criteria”, whatever that means. Please fix this! Otherwise, love everything about TVA!
