The app, the mobile web page and the standard web page all load unbelievably slow. Like set the phone down and go for a 20 min walk, come back and your account might be up and ready to view.  Please fix this across all platforms.

Smooth and Intuitive Experience
The utility provider's mobile app offers a polished and intuitive user experience. The clean interface makes it easy to manage my account and track usage, with all the key features clearly surfaced. I appreciate the steady stream of improvements the app has received over the past year, demonstrating the provider's commitment to continuously enhancing the digital experience.

Recommendation for Enhancements
Two areas I believe could further improve the app are payment options and theming. Adding support for modern digital wallets like Apple Pay would streamline the payment flow. Additionally, updating the app icon to better integrate with iOS 18's new interface customization features, such as custom icon colors and dark mode support, would provide a more cohesive and visually appealing look on my device.

Overall, the utility provider's mobile app delivers a reliable and user-friendly experience. I'm glad to see their investment in the digital channel and look forward to future updates that address the few remaining areas for improvement.

I love seeing a picture of the Tennessee valley when I open the app. However, if I wanted to stare at a picture of the Tennessee valley, I’d actually download a picture and not a KUB app. It never goes past the splash screen.

When attempting to pay my bill, I can fill in amount, method, and date but when tapping “Next”, nothing happens.

Other than that, the app looks nice and seems intuitive and seems to function as expected.
