Receipts now attach to planned jobs — buy the part weeks before the wrench turns, and the paper trail starts with the purchase, not the finished job.

Finishing planned work opens a real log: odometer, labor, notes, photos. No more silent placeholder records.

Records are editable for 24 hours after logging — fix a typo without deleting the whole entry and starting over.
